Cancellation Policy

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur no charge. If you cancel your appointment 6 or more hours from your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total or $35, whichever is greater. If you cancel your appointment less than 6 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total. Any appointment cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, may be allowed to reschedule the appointment without penalty with the stylist’s discretion.
